Today is our 31st anniversary.  We celebrated on Saturday by hiking the Y and going out to dinner.  It was over 31 years ago since we did that the last time.

This morning I ran a quick short route: 4.58 miles in 37:27, or 8:10/mile with these splits:  8:29, 8:14, 8:14, 8:03, and 7:39.

Very little time today.  Jogged up to the track, completed a warm-up mile and then gave the next mile my best effort:  7:00 min flat on a flat surface!  Maximum speed was 5:57, so there is potential for doing even better.  Last mile was a cool down/get home in time.  5K took 26:39 with the two slow miles included.  I have a goal to hit 23 minutes in a race on Monday.

Just another run to keep in shape:  5.44 miles in 45:37, or 8:23/mile.  Pretty average, but so much better than a 0.

Ran 10.08 miles on the Murdock trail in 1:22:23, or 8:10/mile.  Pace was pretty constant throughout, but I struggled harder for the same pace at the end.
