Took a full week off for my achilles tendon. Ran slowly today and it was hurting, but then, since I was running with Ben, I started speeding up and now I'm limping around. The time off didn't really help at all.
Lap times were 9:21, 8:57, 9:03, 8:16, 7:36, and 7:31 with a max pace of 6:20.
