| | Two miles on the treadmill, which is when the pain started. The doctor told me not to run through the pain, so I didn't. | Add Comment |
| | Ran laps at rec center with six young men and one other adult. It one point I got a sharp pain and considered stopping, but didn't. Hopefully, I didn't make a big mistake. It took 56 laps to get 9 miles. | Add Comment |
| | Burned off 375 calories, or two ounces this morning on the treadmill. It felt good. Hopefully Tuesday's run didn't cause lasting damage, although I still have lots of aches and pains from the run. | Add Comment |
| | Ran ten miles with Ben, Alma, McKay, and adults. Felt good. Stayed with Ben most of the time, but he took off and beat me at the end. No real ankle pain today. I think I'm back. | Add Comment |
