Totally different route than Saturday, but almost the same distance and the same temperature (28 degrees)
No foot pain, but a lot of other muscular pain as the running muscles begin to relearn how to put one foot in front of the other. No real plan yet, other than a gradual increase in mileage. I'll probably run three times this week and four times next week. Getting up to a 4:50 alarm was one of the hardest things about today.
