Same route as Monday, but low heart rate: 7.29 miles in 1:29:15 (12:15/mi), 125bpm, 134bpm max. For some reason, I had to go pretty slowly, especially at the start to keep my heart rate down. Miles 4 and 6 were the only ones under 12 minutes, but none were over 13 minutes. I ran mostly in the dark as the days are starting to get shorter again.
