November started out with a non-working garmin. My plan was low heart rate training this morning, but I've never tried to do that without a heart rate monitor. I know how fast I usually go and I know that my heart rate stays down pretty good if I memorize things outloud. So that's what I did. Based on my cell phone time, I ran 4.6 miles in 58 minutes, give or take a minute. That would be about 12:36 per mile. |
