I thought my foot was better today.  I took off running faster than usual.  Within a couple of miles, the pain started nagging me again, but it was very tolerable.  I finished in 33:27.  By the time I finished, my right knee was hurting.  Now my knee feels better, but I'm limping around a little.

I guess that I will need to ride my bike instead for aerobic exercise.  This running just isn't working.

Hello. How is your foot? How was your Christmas? My right foot is hurting a lot, so much I haven't ran since Thursday and won't run till it feels better...foots are weird! :)

I'm about to take up bike riding for a while. I tried the tread mill a few times and my foot always gets worse. Ice and epsom salt soaks help it feel better, but it flares up again whenever I run on it. From my tread mill runs, I know that I am way out of shape and that I need to build up my endurance again. Biking is the only solution I can think of. I had to wait for Christmas to get lights on my bike, but I'm going to give it a try in the morning.

Christmas was really great. Our whole family was here, even Jeremy and Maggie from Florida with their little Talmage. Cindy and Kyle came with Aaron, Stephanie, and Dillon from Pima, AZ, Brian from SLC, Kevin from Japan, and Charles from Snow College. Needless to say, our house is crowded, but it is worth it.

Kevin talked in Church today. Karen's parents, two brothers, and a sister each came with their families. Kevin told 4 faith promoting stories from his mission.
